This paper studies on the staff education&training management and its innovative practice in Haiyang power supply company based on credit system. The staff education&training classification and methods are firstly introduced. Meanwhile the training contents and the training measures in Haiyang power supply company are presented. Then the staff education&training management based on credit system in the company is studied, including the training target, the training organization set, the training method and flow, and the performance appraisal methods. Besides, a typical training example of the company is taken as a sample. Finally, the innovative training practice in the company, which mainly includes the training standard setup innovation, the training flow innovation, the training report and record innovation, the training monitoring and promoting innovation, and the training publicity and summarizing innovation, is investigated. In addition, the effect of the education&training performance in the company is put up. The achievement obtained in this paper offers a reference for the staff training research&practice in the electric power enterprises and therefore has active meaning.
