Research On The Problem Of Teaching Management Of The Credit System In Colleges And Universities

Closely follow the footsteps of economic and socia l development,the concept of the market in the field of society can be extended,but also on the training of higher education personnel put forward a more diverse needs,credit system in which came into being and teaching management in colleges and universities System twists and turns development.Originated in the German credit system,formed in the United States and to develop,tend to improve.Since the reform and opening up,the credit system has been recognized by most institutions of higher learning in C hina.However,there are still many problems to be solved and perfected in the course of practical application.If the elective system is not perfect,the curriculum system is imperfect and the organizational structure is unscientific.Therefor,C hina's university teaching management system there is a certain development and progress space.This paper uses the literature research method,interview method and investigation method,analyze the development and research situation of the credit system at home and abroad,choose three universities in Shanxi Province as an example,analysis of the credit system in university education management,found credit system education management of university in Shanxi province has the following problems: the curriculum is not scientific and the elective courses are too little;students are lacking of understanding of elective courses,so,they choose elective blindly;tutorial system has not yet been implemented,the quality of teaching can not be guaranteed;the quality of the teaching staff is low,and the teachers are not enough;credit management supporting system is not perfect,the management level needs to be improved.And analyze the cause of the problem.The reasons for the existence of the problem is the concep t of teaching management lags behind,there are deviations in the understanding of the credit system,the lack of coordination of the work of the teaching management departments,the lack of investment in teaching resources of higher education,the lack of incentives for teaching management staff,etc.Based on the existence of Shanxi credit system teaching management problems and forming reasons,put forward specific measures and suggestions,such as the optimizing of university credit system teaching mana gement policy environment,establishing a "student oriented" concept of education,constructing scientifically of teaching management organization,improving the teaching management mechanism,improving teaching management and teachers team construction,to promote application and optimization of teaching management of credit system in Shanxi.
