Master graduates are our country the important human resource in creating innovation system and capturing world leading knowledge-based economy’s peak, whether or not can smoothly be employed is the most important segment of country’s high level human resource allocation. Along with the reform of employment system and the higher education popularization, and the changes of the national employment trends, the pressures of master graduate’s employment and the psychological problem become one of the important factor affecting graduates’ health, master graduates’ psychological anxiety during employment are ubiquitous. Therefore, have in-depth analysis of master graduates’ psychological anxiety during employment,This paper investigates the current situation of master graduates’ psychological anxiety during employment, conducts in-depth exploration and analysis of the internal and external factors, therefore suggests the corresponding effective ways and methods, to promote master graduate to have healthy mentality to face employment, discuss psychological factors and suggest countermeasure, have important reality and theory meaning in prompting graduates employment, and optimize society human resource allocation and so on.Based on the current master graduates’ employment background, this paper firstly summarizes recent studies on master graduates’ employment psychology secondly, based on anxiety theory and self-efficacy theory, analyzes the anxiety situation for master graduate through university’s character, sex, age distribution, living area, and parents education level; thirdly, by using factor analysis method to extract the external factors. Put together the results of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, discuss the measure and countermeasure the way to relive master graduate’s psychological anxiety and promote employment.This paper using master graduates employment psychology survey, State-Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI) andGeneral Self-Efficacy Scale (GSES) as the study tools, selected26universities nation wide to conduct researches, and collected back effective786surveies. Study shows,(1) current status anxiety and material anxiety of master graduates are both higher than average;(2) among the different factors affecting graduates’ employment anxiety levels, university’s character, living area and parents education level shows significant influence;(3) graduate’s self factors, environmental factor and value factor through self-efficacy have some influence to graduates’ employment anxiety.Based on the above study, this paper draws the following recommendations:(1) through creation of successful experience, positive guidance, encourage and set up reasonable goals etc ways to promote positive anxiety during master graduates’ employment;(2) at society and university levels, actively build up employment guidance network, perfect employment services system, comprehensively training master graduates to have the skills and ability to meet the professional requirements;(3) for graduates itself, to students should have correct self evaluation, adjust expectation, establish reasonable professional value.
