At present, along with the socialist market economy and the development of social transformation inChina, many traditional values and ethics are shocked, which not only provides good opportunities but alsobrings new challenges to the junior middle school moral education of the implementation。 Along with thearrival of the network times, the traditional sense of moral education are challenged, and sometimes thesocial, family education and school moral education may be abhorrent, and then the school education isfacing serious challenges。 Along with the market economy development, the social environment iscomplicated。 In the form of a child personality, the students became malformed on moral characterbecause they don’t get love in their lives。 In order to improve the effectiveness of the junior middle schoolmoral education, the school should give priority to body with moral education of students, and payattention to advancing their moral qualities of psychological structure, and follow the virtue of a manformation and development rule。The inefficient of junior middle school moral education lies in four aspects: some teachers whothought moral quality is bad, the school education heavy wisdom light DE phenomenon also more common,and in the course of thought moral character general lack of practice, the classroom is a separation of thelife。 Above situation is largely due to the theory from the reality, and the university entrance exam ofstrong calls the effect, make the school education deviation from the overall development education orbit,makes the junior middle school moral education in the school can’t be efficient implementation。 Wemainly from improve the authenticity of the content of moral education, scientific sure moral educationtarget, from the student thought moral character, the moral education work in moral education process, andthe moral education effect and so on science evaluation, strengthen moral education the actual status of theschool moral education leading education, to improve the accuracy and effectiveness of the school moraleducation, have very important sense。Based on the basis of previous studies, first of all, the operation mechanisms of good moral educationare analyzed, and play the students’ subjective; Second, moral education of the present situation and thereasons of the poor moral education are analyzed to the junior middle school; Again, the main problems,which must be solved for junior middle school moral education, are discussed; Finally, in order to establishthe long-term mechanism of school moral education, the school should analyze the path of improving theactual effect of the junior middle school moral education, and pay attention to training of teachers’ qualityand good moral character formation of junior school students, and find the positive role of moral educationfrom various disciplines。...
