With thedeepening of China’s basic education reform, the role of teachers,especially secondary school teachers role expectations of more and moreattention of the people coming into sight, a number of groups, the closestrelationship with teachers is the majority of high school students on thestudents’ teacher role expectations is very important, this not only helpsthe eyes of the teachers explicitly students what exactly is the standard ofgood teachers, but also help teachers find their own shortcomings anddeficiencies on the basis of this and gradually improve and perfect inorder to achieve the image of the minds of good teachers of junior highschool students to achieve the dual improvement of teaching quality andteachers’ quality.1. Middle school students have higher expectations of the teachers’role, especially in teaching management and teacher-student relationshipon the two dimensions, the dimension of guidance evaluation is relatively low.2. Different sex student teacher role expectations exist significantdifferences in the groups of women in the general expectations, theresponsibilities of teachers, teacher-student relationship to guide theassessment, attitude, responsibility, knowledge, skills andself-improvement on these seven dimensions were significantly higherthan the male population.3.
