The migration from inside shanhaiguan pass to the northeast is oneof the longest–scale shifts of population in China’s history in moderntimes, specially during National Republic of China,which can be called“an unprecedented event on a large scale in modern history”.In thispopulation,80percent is from Shandong province,the rest is from Henanand Hebei province. Meanwhile, with the migration, Qilu culture wasbrought into the northeast,and not only changed the social local culture,but also school moral culture.Since1916, Liaoning province was in charge of Fengtian clique,who provided a chance and had mad a great progress on the education ofLiaoning province. During the ruling period of the Northern Warlords,immigration culture played an important role in moral education. Thisstudy is an observation on immigration culture of Moral Education inLiaoning Schools from1912to1931. The first part introduces the aims, significance, literature and waysof the study.The second part states the background and situation of the migrationfrom Shandong province.The third part illustrates the characteristics of immigration culture.The fourth part analyses the immigration culture in school moraleducation, which states the history influences the characteristics ofimmigration culture in Liaoning schools’ moral education from1912to1931, during the ruling period of the Northern Warlords. From thecultural angle, this paper searched analyzes the history Liaoning schoolsmoral education cultural origin in modern contemporary.
