The construction of rural moral education is a complex social system project and an important topic for the construction of a new socialist countryside.With the rapid development of information technology,the trend of moral education informatization has become increasingly evident.The research on rural moral education has new specific content,which has laid a good foundation for promoting rural economic development.In view of the actual situation of rural development,the construction of information education on moral education based on rural colleges and universities is in full swing and becomes an important component of rural education.At present,due to the constraints of factors such as the rural economy and the scarcity of educational resources,the informationization process of rural colleges and moral education is still faced with many difficulties and problems.It is reflected in the expansion of rural educational resources,the improvement of rural teachers,and the improvement of rural education structure.As a result,the comprehensive management of socialized information education and the level of social services have stagnated.It is particularly critical to improve the construction of information resources and the application of information technology.It has become a practical problem that the current rural moral education construction has to face.In view of this,this paper takes Liaoning rural area as an example,mainly explores the general situation of moral education informatization construction,tries to put forward the concept of personal innovation,and provides concrete reference for the current research hotspot problem.Through the Internet,academic research platform,collection of domestic and foreign information technology in rural areas in recent years on the reference materials,integration of information,the development of the framework,do a good job in writing writing work;clear rural moral education,education,information related concepts,human capital Investment,Marxist information theory as the basis for research,around the rural primary and secondary schools in rural areas of moral education information construction,to carry out the questionnaire survey activities,in-depth analysis of specific problems and causes,and then put forward targeted measures to improve the article research system.Through the investigation and research,it is understood that there are some problems in the informationization of rural moral education in Liaoning,such as infrastructure,digital resources,professional personnel,capital investment and so on.It is necessary to combine advanced factors such as rural economic level and individual characteristics of students,introduce advanced information education technology,Implementing the Research Goal of Moral Education in Rural Areas.
