| The university middle-aged teachers are mainly engaged in mentalwork, there is only a little labor work. The long-term sedentary workenvironment is a serious threat to the health of college middle-agedteachers in university, the modern civilization sickness is widely spread inuniversities. Physical exercise can enhance people’s physical and mentalhealth and improve people’s social adaptation. Therefore, how to makecollege middle-aged teachers recognize the importance of physicalexercise and consciously participate in physical exercise is a subjectworth studying in the fitness field. I choose the middle-aged collegeteachers in the southeast of Heilongjiang Province as my study object andcombine the physical exercise with health. The methodology I used inthis paper is literature review, interviewing experts, questionnaire,mathematical statics and logical analysis. I will try to analyze the currentphysical exercise situation and find out the main factors that can affectmiddle-aged college teachers, based on this I will do some intervention research.The research shows that the middle-aged college teachers insoutheast of Heilongjiang Province have a good understanding about theimportance of physical exercise and a positive attitude about participatingphysical exercise, but most of them don’t work out so much, and theirhealth situation is not so good. Majority of them are relatively satisfiedwith their health situation, but as the backbone of the society, the pressurefrom life and work seriously affect their health status.In this paper, starting from the middle-aged teachers’ exerciseawareness, health awareness and sport interest, I made a comprehensiveintervention on college sports resources, organizations, national policiesand regulations, sports, environment, family factors based on the resultsfrom the questionnaires in order to guide and enhance their awareness onphysical exercise, encourage their exercise behavior and improve theirhealth status and make them serve the society better, at the same time itcan provide a theoretical basis for developing national health fitness. |
