As an important part of non-material cultural heritage, the traditional martial art is the carrier of human history and wisdom and emotion of Chinese people in the process of life, containing the origin of Chinese traditional culture, and it is the crystallization of the wisdom and civilization of the Chinese nation. But for years because of a lot of influences and interferences, such as society and itself, many excellent traditional boxing are on the verge of extinction, being to the brink of danger.Meihuaquan fist is an ancient and mysterious boxing in China and it has thousands of years of history. The study and focus on it in domestic academia derives from the confirmation of the origin of "the Boxer Movement", and ancient boxing arts have gradually become the hot topics to be studied and discussed in academic circles.Heze(which has been called Caozhou in ancient) is the "the first station "when the Meihuaquan was spread to north, and it has been playing very special and extraordinary role in the heritage of this art. The trace to the source of history of Heze Meihuaquan is very important. This article descibes the history, heritage status important characteristics in the historical periods and events of the Meihuaquan through the method of field survey, interview, literature review, logic analysis and others.The author makes comprehensive analysis and alogic reasoning and summary through heinvestations on the distribution of current heritage area and exercisers in age and gender,the inheritance situation of present civil and military exercises and some rare skills and rare weapons, the local special activities, the changes traditional way of apprentices and value, and he inscription of the counties about the Heze plum blossom boxing.This article is based on the Heze Meihuaquan’s present development situation, and concludes the effects that affects the development of the Heze Meihuaquan, and the author put forward some feasible suggestions on the Meihuaquan according to the practical problems and confusion:the development and utilization of its potential value of factors for, the strenthened support of government departments, the establishment of some professional organizations, the new exploration of the training mode of traditional martial arts talents, the increase of the strength of the inscription, the establishment of legal inheritor and several suggestions and so on.
