After investigate,Ithink that the investment of the rural preprimary education in Heze is poorlyinsufficient,the government has not undertake the corresponding responsibility,therural preprimary education is random,the education resource distribution isunreasonable,the quality of the private kindergarten is weak,the quality of the teachersis weak,the tendency of primary education is widely exist.Focus on the problems and fully considered the reasons of the problems,according to the demands about thereform and development of preprimary education of the state and theprovince,combined with the actual situation in Heze,we can build and developpreprimary education funding and management mechanism,standardise themanagement of private kindergartens,strengthen the build of the rural kindergartenfaculty,structure efficient research network by strengthen the functions of thegovernment to the preprimary education,so as to promote the rapid and healthydevelopment.
