Professional Cognition Research Of Front-line Professional Social Workers

Under the background of community governance,social work has become more and more popular with the government by exerting its advantages of resolving social contradictions,promoting residents’ participation,and harmonious development of the community.As an advanced area for the development of social work in Zhengzhou City,Jinshui District began the professional development of social work in 2011.Overall,the current social work career development in Jinshui District is relatively rapid,and the development momentum is good.However,behind the glorious development,there are also problems such as high brain drain rate of social workers and serious job burnout of social workers.Occupational cognition is the premise of professional emotions and professional behaviors.Studying the professional cognition of social workers can not only answer the question of how current social workers understand and understand the social work profession they are engaged in.While reshaping the professional cognition of social workers,it will enhance the professional emotions of social workers and standardize the professional behavior of social workers.Based on this,this paper takes some of the front-line professional social workers in the Jinshui District Community Party Service Center of Zhengzhou City as the research object,from the perspective of subjectivity,using qualitative research methods,from the recognition of professional values,occupational skills cognition,professional roles.Cognitive,professional meaning cognition,occupational status cognition and career prospects are cognizant.It analyzes what kind of professional cognition is constructed by professional social workers.The study found that the current professional cognition of professional social workers in Jinshui District shows the coexistence of benign cognition and negative cognition,and the three social work organizations show nuances in addition to the organizational environment,in the overall social worker There is no difference in professional cognition.Then,from the level of social workers themselves and their related subjects,this paper discusses the influencing factors of professional cognition status of front-line professional social workers in the current period.On the basis of its cognitive status and influencing factors,it proposes to reshape the professional cognition of front-line professional social workers from the social worker’s own,government,social work institutions and universities to better play its role.Model role,thus promoting the development of social work industry in other institutions in Jinshui District and throughout the Central Plains,and cultivating outstanding social work talents.
