A Study On The Occupational Well-being Of Front-line Social Workers

In the new era,the public's demand for social services is growing,and it is urgent to vigorously develop social work to boost social construction.It has become a very important task to promote the professional and professional development of social work and build a professional and stable social work talent team.At present,most of the existing research results on the construction of social work talent team in the academic circle adopt empirical research methods(most of them take Shenzhen as an example)to investigate the job burnout and job stability of front-line social workers,and the conclusion is generally that front-line social workers have strong job burnout,which further affects the society Stability of the workforce.Based on the social background of the overall development of social work in recent years,this study takes the occupational well-being of front-line social workers in six social work service institutions such as ex in Zhengzhou as the research object,and conducts in-depth research on the professional identity,self-worth,work achievement and satisfaction of front-line social workers by means of questionnaire survey,participatory observation,and structured interview I am glad to find that the first-line social workers' occupational well-being in Zhengzhou is in the upper middle level,and its positive performance is that they have long-term career planning,high work engagement,can actively deal with work pressure and have a high sense of identity with their work.In view of this finding,this paper further discusses the influencing factors and mechanism of the first-line social workers' occupational well-being from the aspects of individuals,institutions and society,and then summarizes the successful practices of Zhengzhou social work institutions to improve the first-line social workers' occupational well-being,and puts forward more effective and meaningful promotion of the first-line social workers' occupational well-being To promote the development of social work in China.
