Physical activity lifestyles is a civilized and healthy way of life. Construction of students’ physical active lifestyles is the main substance of lifelong physical exercise promoting college students’physical and mental health, training college students to adapt to modern society and sustainable development in an important way. On the students’ physical activity lifestyles situation, influencing factors and constructing means of theoretical and practical significance.In this study, the use of literature, questionnaire survey, interview, analysis and other methods, student and teacher questionnaires were issued seven comprehensive universities, an investigation from two perspectives of the students and teachers. Results showed:(1)The university student is somewhat low to the sports life degree of satisfaction and the sports life quality; Forming the habits of physical training and physical activity lifestyles of college students is low numbers, and larger differences between women and men, women formed the number is far less than the boys; University students participate in a single way of physical exercise in the form of physical education, exercise the overall level is low, and did not take full advantage of the sports associations and clubs.(2)The construction of students’physical activity lifestyles is weak, showing awareness——behavior gap. Students think that the construction of the sports lifestyle is necessary, with a strong awareness of the construction, but the form of college physical activity lifestyles is uncertain.(3)The main factors restricting students to construct physical activity lifestyles are divided into subjective and objective factors. Subjective factors are mainly college students own interests and needs of physical exercise, sports activities consciousness; objective factors are the school’s physical education and sports.(4)Students constructs the physical activity lifestyles with personalized features, starting individual features on the college physical education reform. Sports in physical education curriculum should have the flexibility, diversity and optional physical education and there should be organization-specific teachers and students jointly agreed. The method of physical education teaching activities, sports teaching model should reflect the interaction between teachers and students; the teacher’s teaching methods and students’ study should be changed; By interaction between teachers and students in class and outside integration to implement personalized coaching and training methods; Personalized sports teaching and learning activities are mainly small-class teaching, group teaching and individual teaching; Learning evaluation should take whether construction of the physical activity lifestyles or construction the basic of the physical activity lifestyles as standard; The evaluation method is a combination of methods of student evaluation and teacher evaluation.Based on the current problems in the physical activity lifestyles of college students, this article proposed below sharpens the university student sports life style construction ability the suggestion:(1)"ecological" sports programs the flexibility to set a new vision.(2) optional and diversification as the starting point of the physical education contents.(3)"small classes, grouping and individual" in the form of the implementation of the teaching and learning activities.(4) take "return life world" as teaching practice foundation model.(5) by "the main body between the nature" the link which relates for the teachers and students between.(6)"to guide, help and participate" for teachers teaching in basic mode.(7) by "independent, the cooperation, inquired into" basic strategy which studies for the student.(8) take "drive development" as basic idea multiplex appraisal system.(9) take "sports life atmosphere" as school sports work development core. According to the university students’ long-term developing goal, the school should take forming the physical activity lifestyles’ atmosphere as core of the sports work. From various aspects of school sports and cultural life and community life to promote the formation of students’ physical activity lifestyles.
