During the period of school sports is the contemporary students by education a course for the longest time,as the final phase of man's socialization,higher education,public sports location determines its should achieve the goal is not timely,and to pursue more long-term effect,so the concept of personalized were in the field of physical education development.In April 2016,the Shanghai municipal education commission issued a notice on the reform of individualized public sports courses for universities in Shanghai,and published a list of pilot schools in May,among which 10 universities in Shanghai were listed as pilot schools.It has been nearly three years since the reform was carried out,and the pilot colleges and universities have played a series of promoting roles in the public physical education curriculum.Under this article,based on the perspective of personalized,mainly using the method of documentary,expert interview,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics,after the pilot college public physical education curriculum reform of the current situation of research and analysis of the effects after the curriculum reform,to analyze the factors affecting the development of curriculum reform,in view of the existing problems and put forward the optimization advice,and draw the following conclusions:1.Thereform of public physical education curriculum in Shanghai university has been carried out smoothly,and the pilot universities are able to carry out the work according to the requirements and their own characteristics.2.Up to now,the curriculum reform has been carried out in various colleges and universities with rich curriculum project Settings,complete faculty and various ways to achieve the integration of inside and outside the curriculum.However,it still needs to further strengthen the integration construction;In addition,the assessment and evaluation system still needs to be improved.3.Teachers and students generally have a high degree of evaluation and satisfaction with the public physical education curriculum reform of Shanghai university,but there are differences between the two,among which students' satisfaction with the "three independent" course selection still needs to be further improved.4.Through the implementation of the public physical education curriculumreform of Shanghai university in recent years,some achievements have been achieved,including more diversified curriculum items,more personalized extracurricular activities,more specialized curriculum contents,more diversified learning motivation,more humanized assessment indicators and more diversified teaching methods.5.The existing problems in the reform of public physical education curriculum in Shanghai university include: students' learning attitude needs to be improved;The model of student course selection needs to be further improved.Assessment and evaluation standards to be improved;The importance of sports theory needs to be improved.The post-service training of teachers needs to be strengthened;Hardware facilities construction and open utilization rate to be increased.To see,from the perspective of personalization of Shanghai university public physical education curriculum reform has obtained a certain result,but still some deficiencies among them,the universities should continue to strengthen the curriculum reform,according to the requirements of the development of timely renew the content of the reform,expand faculty,improving teachers' continuing education strength at the same time should pay attention to improve the class more interesting,constantly updating the teaching methods and teaching means,in order to change the negative attitude of sports,gradually increase the students interest in sports,to cultivate students the formation of lifelong sports ideology.
