| Public sports teaching in college is an important link of talents cultivation,as to make the whole PE course system more reasonably,Shanghai municipal education committee decided to formally start the "personalized" reform on public physical education curriculum for college students in 2016,this reform can better solve the problems among physical health,sports interests and the development of sports skills confronted by college students.This article uses questionnaire to survey 1007 students and 84 teachers,interview 11 leaders who take part in the "personalized" reform on public physical education curriculum,then adopts literature data method,mathematical statistics and other scientific research methods to know about the status quo and existing problems of the reform,as to point out the reform direction,put forward suggestions for the better reform.Through investigation,this paper draws the following conclusions:1.Colleges take part in the "personalized" reform on public physical education curriculum have implemented different reform modes according to their own actual conditions and have all achieved good results,but there are still many deficiencies,for example,PE courses and activities are only available for freshman and sophomore,stratified teaching is not widespread enough,students lack guidelines when they take part in extracurricular sports activities.2.There are great differences in students’ satisfaction with the curriculum reform who take part in the "personalized" reform on public physical education curriculum.The most important factor is whether students have enough autonomy.Compared with female students,male students are more satisfied with the reform.How to mobilize the enthusiasm of female students is the key factor.3.The mode of "curricular and extracurricular resources" is an important organizational form suitable for the "personalized" reform on public physical education curriculum in Shanghai.In class teaching,small ball items are popular among students.The sports extracurricular activities that students participate in are related to the elective items;the motive of students’ participate in physical activities is mostly correct.4.Whether the hardware facilities are good or not is the most critical factor restricts the "personalized" reform on public physical education curriculum in Shanghai.Other factors are as follows: the original course selection system does not match the requirements of the reform;students’ poor sports foundation leads to the implementation of specialized curriculum effect is not obvious;network management system can’t meet the existing needs;the neglect of the superior leaders and so on,shows that software allocation and policy orientation are also the key factors affect the reform. |
