Yanfu Area Of Average High School Music Education Present Situation Investigation And Analysis

The education reform in our country has been in good order and well arranged like the reform in other fields since21century. The quality education is the core idea of the reform, and the music education in common high school is an important part of quality education. Since the autumn semester of2005, all of ordinary senior middle school in Yanfu area has come in new curriculum implementation stage. After several years teaching practice, the construction of hardware and teacher’s team is beginning to take shape. However, there are still some problems in it. In the process of new curriculum reform practice in this area, what experience did we have? How many results did we obtain? Can the idea of the new course reform be promoted? These questions are all worth thinking.In order to make questionnaire paper, the author chose1000students and27senior middle school music teachers from10ordinary senior middle schools in Yanfu area as the research object. The author made "The Questionnaire for Students of the Music Education Status in Senior High School of Yanfu Area" and "the Questionnaire for Teachers of the Music Education Status in Senior High School of Yanfu Area" as the research tools, according to the "Rules of Art Education " and the "Assessment Scheme of General Primary and Middle Schools and Medium Occupation Schools Implementing the Rules". After repeatedly modified and adjusted, the formal questionnaire came into use, and the data obtained was analysed by SPSS1.7Chinese version software. Analysing the data and combining with the investigation situation, the author then summed up the problems and the causes of formation in music education in senior high school of this area. There are mainly eight points:The basic courses can be offered; The teacher’s work is intensity; Teachers have strong desire to learn; The new class changes have limited impact on the region; Textbook compilation is not keeping up with the development of times; Modern education technology still needs to be strengthened; Students are desire for music extracurricular activity; Students’music quality needs to be improved. The author proposed the corresponding countermeasure and suggestion to the music teachers, students, related departments and the school leaderships, on the basis of understanding the "Ordinary High School Music Curriculum Standards (Experimental)",and combining with the actual music education situation of senior middle school in Yanfu area. There are thirteen main points:improving teachers’professional attainment; stimulating students’intrinsic motivation; concerning about the development of the high school students’music psychology; improving the quality of teaching; seriously implementing extracurricular school music activities; improving the teaching evaluation system; correctly dealing with the difference among the peers; developing self planning; diligent practicing; good at communication; promoting the specialized quality of teachers focusing teaching material as the core; improving teachers’ work enthusiasm and meeting teachers’learning desire; writing textbooks about local music resources and actively developing the second classroom; increasing the multimedia technical training for high school music teachers.The author hopes that he can make modest force to the development of senior high school music education sustainable not only in Yanfu area, but also the whole country after this research. This research is mainly adopts the methods of literature, questionnaire, interviews and other commonly scientific methods used in music education.
