The Relatives relationship is the core of Chinese social relations and theemployment relationship is one of the several centres of economic relations. Bystudying these two issues together, the author tries to pursue the essential dynamic ofsocial development from the very root of the matter.There already exist abundant valuable studies about migrant workersemployment which provide estimable thoughts in this area. However, because of thelimitation of research perspective, these researches seldom touch the essence ofemployment relationship.One innovation of this paper is its combination of the relatives relationship andthe employment relationship. This research is based on the author’s personal lifeexperience and an8-month practical research activity in which period the author wasoccupied as waiter, family teacher, assistant lawyer and airport security. Majorlybased on the participation observation and the structured interview, the authoraccesses deep to the migrant workers from village C, illustrates their urban and rurallives, describes their working circumstances and digs out some relatives employmentdisputes and cases. At last, the author will come up with possible measures to solveproblems from the perspective of a student.The author finds that relatives relationship is a kind of social utilitarian thatexists in the relatives employment. In practice, relatives relationship becomes a toolthat the employer uses to obtain benefits and the employer is the biggest beneficiaryparty. Employment relationship, which is originally an exchange of labour andpayment, becomes a kind of obvious exploitation in relatives employment that indicates an labour relation of inequality. At the same time, the unfairness ofemployment relationship is more obvious here. It is reasonable to say that ifemployment is a labour-capital relationship, the relative system related to theemployment should be what makes the relationship exploitative.Employees in a relatives employment usually use this relationship to accumulatenecessary resources such as capital, information and social network for laterentrepreneurship. As a result, they will hold on regardless the hardship beforeopportunity comes. When the condition is ready, a new cycle will start: employrelatives, exploit relatives and create wealth. It is a kind of reproduction based on theexisting exploitative system.
