A Study On The Affection Of Non-relatives Emotional Support To The Loneliness Of Urban Empty Nester

With the miniaturization trend exacerbated the aging of the population and family structure,the number of empty nest this group has also increased.In the basic living security situation,the biggest problem currently facing the city Empty Nester is in the lonely life under the increasingly prominent psychological crisis,among which the most important is is the sense of loneliness.Based on this background,I decided to work in the city community empty nester loneliness problems involved in research.The author chooses Wuhan city T community empty nester as the service object,based on needs assessment,social support theory,the link of community resources,to carry out a number of different types of community activities.Through these activities,I help empty nesters one by one constructed neighborhood,peer groups,and community volunteers,these four dimensions emotional support network,the use of non relatives sufficient to compensate for the lack of emotional support to their relatives of emotional support,and weakened their sense of loneliness.Finally,based on the summary and Discussion on the effect of service,the author draws a conclusion: first,Empty Nester led to a lack of emotional support because of loneliness exists generally,social work demand oriented intervention to help empty nester to solve this problem.Second,the social support theory is an emphasis on the use of their own support network provide positive emotional experience and in order to cope with the psychological crisis theory,it is in the process of the research has played a guiding role.Third strong,community work method can help to maximize the Empty nester link within the community resources,expand service audiences,promote the realization of the goal to achieve positive results in.At the same time,the author thinks that the influence of the individual difference of the empty nest elderly on the research of the related topics and the sustainability of the effectiveness of community service is worthy of further consideration and research...
