Design And Implement Of Employment Guidance System Based On CRM In Colleges

With the continuous development of Chinese society and the continuous progress of the economy,the employment of college graduates has aroused wide attention of the society."More graduates,employment difficulties”has become one of the important issues for all college graduates,and in recent years,the increasing numbers of graduates has caused more difficulty for them to find jobs.Under this background,it is very important to study and analyze the employment guidance of college.This thesis firstly analyzes and studies the current situation of employment guidance in colleges of China,and based on the current social problems,analyzes the characteristics and the existing problems of college graduates employment guidance in colleges.At the same time,some foreign college graduates' employment problems are analyzed.Then employment problems at home and abroad are compared and studied.According to college employment guidance problem in our country,this thesis adopts"Customer Relationship Management"(CRM)which takes the customer as the center of the management concept into the employment guidance.Based on the CRM theory,the thesis puts forward a new model of employment guidance,which takes "employers" as "customers" and aims to improve the employment rate of graduates.In this thesis,the characteristics of CRM system and the employment guidance system are analyzed.Through the analysis of the commonness,the structure and function of the CRM module of the system are designed,specific business processes of CRM-based college employment guidance are planed,and the technical support to construct CRM system is introduced,and this thesis also compares existed employment guiding systems with the new employment guidance model based on CRM.By adopting the CRM theory as the support.not only college employment guidance has a lot of benefits to colleges employment guiding work,but also graduates can be more clear about their occupation planning and occupation target.And the employers can also employ the right graduates efficiently and quickly.
