The Study On The Role Of Cultivation Organization In The Process Of Cultivating Social Organizations

With the national advocacy on social management innovation, governors all over the country are constantly looking for new methods of social management,and with constantly exploration, the status of social organizations are being established, consequently, all kinds of work promoting the development of social organizations are carried out.Nanjing, as an important area to promote the development of community social organizations, its cultivation of community social organization ranks in the forefront in the nation, and therefore, it has obtained good results in the practice and research of the cultivation of community social organization.On the basis of the achievements made in the development of community and social organizations, the author started from the roles of cultivating organization in the cultivation of community social organization, trying to learn the work of cultivation of community social organization better. This article consists of five parts:the origin and background of this research; related concepts defined in the literature review; Related to the main training institutions in community social organizations to cultivate the role of understanding the work-case studies of three different types of raining institutions; Analysis and Conclusion and recommendations. Analysis of reasons for differences of role understanding. We will summed up types of the cultivation of community social organization in Nanjing from the development of the situation in this paper, analyze the role of the cultivating organizations and the differences that exist between the main community social organization fostering institutional role. Try to analyze the reasons for the differences, which gives recommendations. We take literature study and field study as methods,and collect data by the relevant academic literature on the cultivation of community social organization, government, training institutions and other work sites, combined with paper documents and promotional materials during the internship and volunteer service period. We collected and analyzed the materials, classified the different types of the cultivating organization, combined materials and different perceptions of different main groups, Came to role of the cultivating organization in the process of cultivating, analyze the differences and the reasons for the differences. Combining the roles which the cultivating organization play in the development of community social organizations to learn the reasons that different subjects owe. At the same time, we put forward we should clarify the nature role of the cultivating organization;define the cultivating organization to play functional roles in the external space; form a multi-directional interaction mechanism among governments, communities, the cultivating organization and community social organizations. To better define the role and relationship among governments, the cultivating organization and community social organizations.To carry out the cultivating of community social organizations so equally and effectively that promoting the development of community social organizations.
