Study On The Cultivation Of Community Social Organizations Under The Background Of Three Social Body Interaction

Along with the reform and opening up and the reform of China's economic system and political system deepening, government innovated community governance mode, promote the effective linkage mechanism of the three agency in the community building, made the community a platform, social workers action force, community social organizations as the carrier, promote the coordinated development of the three party,integrated the resources. To meet the needs of the residents, provide community services, construct the harmonious society, the construction of social organizations in the community work. It has become more prominent, as the three agency linkage work in the implementation of community work.Under this background, through a comprehensive understanding of the status quo and problems of community and community social organization Z, the author has carried on the positive exploration in the cultivation and development of community social organization process scheme, found the Z community 1+2+ N community service model, and achieved remarkable results. And through the analysis of difficulties in the process of cultivating resources, put forward policy suggestions,from three aspects: the policy and system resources, the basic administrative resources and professional human resources. Finally it formed the network system of community governance: a project driven,multi subject together to residents actively participated, the formation of local advantages, provide reference value for other areas of cultivation of community social organization.
