Research On Social Work Participating In The Cultivation Of Urban Community Social Organizations

Since the reform and opening up,the speed of China's economic construction and urbanization has surpassed that of the western countries in just a few decades,and the policies of China's grassroots community governance have also changed over time.In today's Chinese urban life,people's life needs to communicate,and people's various needs for the community have been changing in this context.Correspondingly,it has become a trend to use social work professional methods and skills to cultivate and develop social organizations,stimulate organizational vitality,and help communities reduce their burden.Cultivating community social organizations is a new service field of social work in recent years.Different from children,teenagers,the elderly,women and other social work fields,it serves the target through indirect services.We need to link social resources,integrate surrounding resources,and create a shared multi platform for the development of social organizations.At the same time,with the reform and change of economic system and social governance system,when the main place of urban residents' life is changed from unit to community,strengthening the diversified functions of community becomes the only way to implement the grass-roots governance strategy in China.In today's context,social governance needs more and more community participation.As a grass-roots organization,how to play its role in society is particularly important.In view of this,local governments have innovated community governance by purchasing social work services to help communities reduce their burden.Although some achievements have been made,there are also many problems,such as the lack of social work talents,excessive government intervention and so on.The service effect is lower than expected,the effect is not consolidated,and the professionalism of social work is not strong,which hinder the rapid development of community social organizations.At present,it is very important to strengthen the construction of community social organizations,improve the enthusiasm of social organizations,and promote the healthy and orderly development of social organizations for the innovation of social governance and the realization of socialist modernization.Releasing the energy of community social organizations is an important part of solving the problem of social participation.Nowadays,China has paid more attention to the cultivation and development of community social organizations.In this paper,from the perspective of social work discipline,combined with the project of the author's participation in the cultivation of community social organizations in JY street,Z organization,to explore the problems of social work in the cultivation of community social organizations.This paper mainly uses interviews and non participatory observation to collect first-hand data,and reviews the literature to increase the understanding of research issues.This paper first introduces the community situation of JY street and the development of H community social organizations,and then analyzes the necessity and feasibility of incubating community organizations.The focus of this paper is to present and analyze the subject process and specific practical effect of social workers in Z organization participating in H community social organization,reflect on the problems existing in the process of social work participating in the cultivation of community social organization,and put forward corresponding suggestions at the end of the paper.
