Culture is attracting more attention in social development these years. It is a part of "five-in-one" which were brought in18th National Congress of the Party. And the course itself is a kind of culture with abundant cultural connotation, which can transfer and inherit culture. Studying the foreign students’course design from the perspective of cultural analysis and emphasizing the cultural factors in foreign students’course is the most important purpose of this research.With the progress of education integration, more and more foreign students come to China to learn Chinese language and culture. They have become a main propellant of cultural communication. Studying the position and function of cultural in foreign students’course design plays an important role in cultural transmission and foreign students’education cause.This research has discussed and analyzed the principles and characteristics of foreign students shadowboxing course which based on cultural analysis model. Through documents analysis, questionnaire and interview, chapter4investigates curriculum goal, the curriculum content, course assessment and properties of course etc. Then chapter5gives the attention points in foreign students’course design:highlight the cultural knowledge deficiency and overcome cultural instrumentalism; pay attention to cultural factors in teaching activities; integrate of traditional culture and modern culture; consult the process of culture reception; avoid parochial culturalism.
