With its powerful functions and unique glamor, internet media’s profound meaninghas already surpassed the category of Technology Revolution. Internet media has beenexterting a great influence on university students’ life, study, thinking patterns, values,etc., which poses a severe challenge to the traditional moral education in universities.In China, university students are accessible to the internet most frequently and theircampuses rank first in the level of IT application So they not only advocate the activeparticipation in the internet activities, but also play the role of cyberculture creators, whopopularize the budding culture on campuses rapidly. Thus, how to fully occupy thenetwork front and positively achieve innovation in moral education is an important taskto us. On the one hand, moral educators have to deepen their research on network moraleducation theoretically; On the other hand, in practice, they are in need of brave probeinto new methods, original patterns and remarkable insights to open up new prospects innetwork moral education.With the close combination of practice and theory, the thesis presents an overallanalysis of internet media’s effect on university moral education. Meanwhile, it isintended for seeking new methods of university moral education on the basis ofnecessary work connected with internet media.
