After30years’development, the subject of China’s educational technology has gradually formed a complete theoretical system and research methods and a multi-level structure of talents training. It has created an important scientific research team and produced a lot of achievements in scientific research. This article uses the literature metrology, basic research methods of scientific metrology together with social network analysis, complex network analysis, co-word analysis and other methods. It chooses24623papers of8important journals of Chinese educational technology between1996and2010as the research object. Scientific researchers, co-authorship, research hotspots are analyzed by using Ucinet, SPSS, Pajek and so on. The aim is to find the development history of Chinese educational technology scientific research and predict its future. In the recent15years, the research productivity has being higher in Beijing, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Guangdong, Shanghai, Shandong and Hubei. Colleges and universities especially normal universities are the main source of Chinese researchers in the field of educational technology. The standard of high productivity researches is more than six papers can be published on8kinds of important journals and there are about1100of this kind of researchers.80%of the educational technology researchers have updated in every-5years. In the recent15years, co-operation in scientific research capacity of researchers has become closer and closer and more and more active. And academic environment which is easy for cooperation is formed. The training of post graduate is the main mode of educational technology research talents training and team building. These articles are written by two or three people together. But it is not usually in universities, middle schools and primary schools. The relationship of the authors is teacher and student, colleagues, classmates, people of the same research and so on. The changing of the focus happened in the past15years is related to policy guidance and new technology. The research is focus on educational technology research, educational information, teaching resources development and application of distance education.
