The development of Xinjiang province base on its economy, the economic growth base on knowledge. While the development and continuation of knowledge rely on the college teachers.The construction of teachers in Xinjiang is facing enormous challenges because of its geographical location and backward economic development. Among them, the college teachers’ sense of belonging is a typical aspect. Schools are the main place that teachers work and live. College teachers with a strong sense of belonging can not only keep the development of teachers’ team construction but also guarantee the continuous improvement of education career. For their own, having the sense of belonging can not only stimulate their sense of responsibility, motivate their working enthusiasm and initiative, but also get enhancement of their own development, at the same time, improve their scientific research ability. Therefore, the administrative departments in colleges and universities should not ignore the teachers’ sense of belonging.In this paper, 500 teachers in 9 colleges in Xinjiang were selected as object of investigation, the sense of belonging of college teachers and influence factors were studied. Through the data analysis, the sense of belonging of teachers in Xinjiang include seven dimensions, which are emotion, policy, spirit, behavior, action, student, organization and identity. Different attribute exist the difference on the dimensions above. What’s more, the school system, salary treatment, school environment, leadership concern, difficulty of work, interpersonal relationship, occupational status, job stress and the public security and so on also have different influence on the sense of belonging of college teachers. The study also found that the existence of some problems make some college teachers in Xinjiang feel the low level of the sense of belonging. They are unreasonable school system, lack of humanized management, lack of leaders’ concern, low income. What’s more salary and welfare system cannot meet the diversity needs of teachers, their spare time receive too little attention, teaching facilities are imperfect and they have excessive pressure. In this paper, according to this problem, the phenomenon and all the influence factors were combined together to analysis and good policies are used as reference, From the perspective of administrative management, proposing eliminate the influence of teachers’ sense of belonging factors existing status to college administrative department in Xinjiang province.
