This paper makes a study of e-portfolio,the new thing of informative instruction, as a way of process assessment. The content is about how to better evaluate the learners’learning process. This paper makes the use of e-portfolio platform’s function of tracking and recording. Making content analysis and social network analysis together to analysis the data of student’s learning process. The paper aims to try to solve the current education evaluation problem of paying too much attention to identify, screening and appraise function, can’t access learners’social ability and survival skills. This paper puts forward a instructional design model based on e portfolio. This model uses e-portfolio platform to access learners’survival and learning ability, such as knowledge construction, cooperation, social skills,problem solving and reflection.This paper mainly uses the research method of literature research and case analysis. The paper designs an e-portfolio system based on the characteristic of learners’learning process and makes an attempt to show the learners’ learning process best. Its core point is to design the instructional design model to support the process assessment. Considering the paper only involves the design of the e-portfolio system, the discuss module in the Intel future education system can meet the need of the research, so the paper chooses a discussion activity in the project of Intel future education. Through the analysis of the posting content and interactive situation in learners’process of the discussion, we access the learners knowledge construction process, cooperation ability, problem solving ability and reflection.The result shows that the instructional design model has a great effect on accessing learners’knowledge construction ability, problem solving ability, reflection and cooperative ability. The case shows that the learners’ group knowledge construction mainly stay in the information sharing, discussion and the analysis, the consciousness of collaborative study to make group knowledge construction is not strong. The interaction of application, reflection and comprehensive evaluation is not enough, this shows that the learners’ reflection ability and problem solving ability needs further training.The content of discussion is limited to the question itself, not extended to the other problems, this indicates that the learners’initiative and enthusiasm of deep mining and discussion is not high. In a certain degree the case can verify the feasibility of teaching design model, but this case is not based on the research of the system design, so this becomes the regret of the paper.
