The eighth basic education curriculum reform making education in China entereda new field."Everying for the development of students",the curriculum reformingchanges the personnel training mode,establishing evaluation system of promotingstudents overall development,advocating a wide range of evaluationmethods,proposing portfolio assessment using in primary and secondary schools.Withthe continuous progress of the new curriculum reforming,portfolio assessment usingby the initial experiments in district exploration practice to in the country.Now,manyschools use this new type of developmental evaluation of porfolio assessment.Butcompared to the developed coastal provinces,the central and western regions of theschools take a wait-and-see situation to portfolio assessment.Perspectiving fromwithin Anhui province,due to the regional economic development level,the school’seducational level and different attention,smaller propaganda,as well as portfolioassessment professional and complexity,making the most of the schools don’t use it.Guided by the theory of education evaluation, this paper summarizes the Chinesecover10years experience and achievement of using portfolio assessment by themethod of literature research, questionnaire survey and analysis of the use of portfolioassessment present situation, discovering the problems existing in the use, with thehelp of portfolio assessment principle and method of selecting the elements topromote the development of students, to explore how to construct relevant to actualchemical disciplines, conducive to teaching integration, integration of the use ofportfolio assessment model, put forward the new mode of portfolio assessment. Itsgoal is through the production and assessment of portfolio, enhance the subjectivity ofthe students to learn, paying attention to students’ learning process, to evaluate allaspects of student learning, making students willing to learn, start work diligently,good at thinking, good chemical science literacy, contributing to the next round ofbasic education curriculum reform.Paper see portfolios as a collection of information about the students’psychological and in the classroom and experiments in various works and thesituation of students’ chemistry learning of reaction materials collection, canomni-directional, integrated student information collection, and from themultidisciplinary focus on students’ growth and progress. From knowledge and skills, process and methods, emotional attitudes and values of three-dimensional targets,designing evaluation criteria, evaluation of students’ chemistry knowledge, theformation of experimental skills, as well as chemical emotional cultivation.Thesis argues that portfolio assessment should be combined with teachers’teaching and students’ learning, not too formal. Use portfolio assessment in stages,allocate the work of portfolio production, evaluation, preservation, emphasize thestudents’ autonomy, focus on the purpose of the evaluation, can reduce the complexityof portfolio assessment, easy to use. On students’ evaluation is given priority to withincentive, can enhance the use effect of portfolioAround this point, this paper discussed from five aspects:The first part is introduction, mainly introduced the research background,research status at home and abroad, research content and methods and researchsignificance. Combining discipline characteristic is discussed, the necessity ofcombining the teaching for the practical design of portfolio model.The second part is theoretical basis. Involves the definition of research onsupport, portfolio assessment of philosophical basis and relevant theory analysis.The third part is the investigation and study. By questionnaire, the currentsituation of middle school students chemistry academic evaluation in anhui province,the teachers and students for understanding and using of portfolio assessment wereinvestigated, for the construction of chemical portfolio assessment model putsforward some Suggestions.The fourth part is the construction of the model. Unit from students’ learningpsychology, learning knowledge, chemistry experiment, summarizes the four aspectsdiscusses the PUCK integrated chemistry learning portfolio assessment model, themain design should include the type of material in each portfolio are put forward inthis paper, the establishment of evaluation standards, evaluation principles andprocesses. On this basis, from the macroscopic Angle to the use of the portfolioassessment model is put forward for further advice.The fifth part is summary and reflection. Summarizes the thesis and the basicidea of deficiency.
