With the promotion of a new round of curriculum revolution, our country’s basiceducation is in an important period of change. The reform of classroom model is the core ofcurriculum revolution. So in order to enhance the effectiveness of classroom, we shoulddeeply research the reform of classroom model in our country in the last decade, and rethink itat the same time, which means a lot to our real life.Our country has achieved new curriculum revolution aiming at the traditionaleducational mode. Many countries are carrying on their own revolution. We studied andanalyzed many typical cases systematically. For example, the “three three six self-learningmodel” in Dulangkou middle school, the “practicing before teaching and trying beforeguiding model” in Yangsi middle school, the “people oriented and teaching together withlearning model” in Donglu middle school, and the “guiding explaining and evaluatingmodel(DJP)” in Longquan middle school in Chengdu.We ascertained their revolution result, and believed the curriculum reform should be jointwith advanced educational theory. For example, Wang Shouren brought forward the idea thatteaching should be going on hierarchically and personal expertise should be developed fully.Johann Amos Comennius also think it is important to learn most for the students whileteaching not so much for the teacher. In Jerome Seymour Bruner’s opinion, teaching shouldbe carrying on step by step. To raise the effectiveness of the classroom learning, we putforward the idea of creating a happy classroom in teaching mathematics. We believe happylearning is not just a simple mode, but also a learning state and learning promotion in qualityfor the students. In order to enhance the quality, it is critical to expand the students’ interestcontinued, so the designing and utilizing of the classroom model should be an importantmatter, and the traditional teaching mode should be improved. The way of teaching for theteacher is to break the routine and to find innovative on the basis of original. Teacher mustinsist on designing the teaching in a people-oriented way, follow the law of education, andimplement the idea that the students’ development is the most important. And also the course and teaching should service the students’ development. To raise the effectiveness of theclassroom learning, we set five steps---defaulting problems, asking questions, inspecting,scoring and rating, which fully reflects the people-oriented and happy learning with thepurpose of high efficient learning. We also think the teacher should pay much attention to thetraining of thinking process, and arouse students’ independent mental work to promotestudents’ better development.We made a questionnaire study on teachers and students, and did a practice survey onhappy classroom model. The results showed that it is more fascinating when reflect thestudents’role of independent learning, and it is necessary to create a happy classroom forstudents to learn more happily and effectively. The happiness for the student is to be acceptedby social, to achieve the expectations of teacher, and to get self-satisfaction when the studentsachieve the target. The aim of creating a happy classroom is to rationalize the concept ofclassroom reform, the teaching ideas and the promotion mechanisms, which can also enhancethe teaching level of teachers and change the teaching habits. And happy learning also canhelp the teachers to be more professional and integrate the disciplines ultimately. Happyclassroom make the students learn actively, and change quality education and people-orientedconcept into actual teaching behavior. So the purpose of happy learning is to help students todevelop their own habits and return back the time and space to the students. We shoulddevelop the students’ ability to learn, improve the students’ learning effectiveness, andachieve positive, happy, active and effective in mathematical classroom.
