The sense of teaching efficacy in class is a critical indicator of measuring the teaching effect and the level of teaching. Enhancing the sense of teaching efficacy will lead to improve the quality of teachers, the teaching outcomes and students’ achievements. It has been spent over30years on studying the sense of teaching efficacy in other countries, but in china, the study was just started only around10yeas, therefore it still needs to be strengthened.The major objective of this article is to discuss the relevant theories and practices on the teaching efficacy in class. Firstly the development background of teaching efficacy and the content that the scholars emphasis on in different times needs to be understood, through the different normal forms of the study of teaching efficacy; also different types of teachers will be chosen to analyze the characteristics and the factor which affect the teaching efficacy; finally, various methods of encouraging the teaching efficacy in class will be listed, according to the teaching efficacy models and the ways of common used evaluations. These methods will be used as a reference for further study.
