Research Of Investment Performance Appraisal System About UK Universities

With the deepening reform of the higher education, diversification funding mechanism has been shaped, which to some extent alleviated the constraints of the shortage of development funds "bottleneck" in higher education for a long time. Performance evaluation in higher investment first appeared in western countries, which is an evaluation method for the developed countries face serious challenges in its higher education context, it is suitable for measuring educational efficiency and effectiveness. From the world view of performance evaluation mechanism in higher investment, United Kingdom is more complete and advanced; it provides an important reference value for the construction of performance evaluation in Chinese higher investment.This paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is an introduction to explain the background, literature review and the significance of the topic and research methods, there may be an innovation; Chapter II is the basic definition of the concept and theoretical basis, the main statement of this paper involves the important concepts and the theory that investment, performance evaluation, mechanism,3E theory, theory of administrative reform and institutional economic theory, laid the theoretical foundation for writing; Chapter III is the development of investment performance evaluation mechanism for British university,it mainly analysis the history and present situation, learn its experience and essence, remove the deficiencies, find the speculation from the lessons that is suitable for Chinese university performance assessment mechanism, this is the fourth chapter. Finally, summed up summed up the lessons of British universities investment performance evaluation mechanism, learn from its experience, improve the level of assessment, make Chinese educational resources rationally allocated and used.In this paper, the research methods include:literature, comparative analysis, historical research.The innovation of this article may have two aspects:First, analysis the status of the UK university investment performance evaluation mechanism and its cause. Second, stated the experience and lessons of UK university investment performance evaluation, as a good reference for Chinese university investment performance evaluation.
