The Study Of Performance Evaluation Of The Logistical Administrators In Universities

Nowadays, performance evaluation for the logistical administrators in Universities is just general qualitative evaluation and full of subjective randomness without scientific index system. Thus, It is the primary task for the university to establish a fair, objective and operable logistics performance evaluation index system and make the performance democratization and scientific.Based on the existing research of home and abroad scholars about the logistical administrators’ performance, the author analyzes the present situation of the logistical administrators’ performance evaluation and its problem in China. This paper builds the index system of the logistical administrators’ performance evaluation in universities and defines the weight value of each index. Take XPU as example. Evaluate performance of its logistical administer and provide operable and practical evaluation program.The research achievements strengthen the consciousness of university logistics performance evaluation and establish a scientific and democratic evaluation system for the university. Meanwhile, it supplies theoretical basis for the logistical personal evaluation. This research will be of certain reference significance for other universities whose level is similar to Xi`an Polytechnic University. It plays an important role in promoting the logistical management and work efficiency.
