Twenty-first Century biological science make a spurt of progress, leading thecontemporary science and technology. The high school is the students to form thecorrect world outlook, outlook on life in the critical period, is the scientific literacy to getrapid development period. High school students’ biology science literacy in the overallsituation is related to the national high school education to reach the goal of. Thepeople’s Republic of China Ministry of education in03years promulgated " ordinarysenior high school biology curriculum standard "(hereinafter referred to as the "standard "), for the first time " the biological science accomplishment " this concept intothe senior high school biology curriculum." Standard " in the clear " enhances thebiological science accomplishment " the concept of the new curriculum, and emphasizeparticularly "increase every high school students scientific quality of biology is the coretask of the curriculum standards ". The biological science accomplishment is the highschool student scientific accomplishment important constituent, the biological scienceaccomplishment of improve students’ all-round development and lifelong development;is helpful for students to participate in the future competition and collaborationrequirements; is helpful for the students to form the scientific, healthy habits of thinkingand way of life.Biology is a natural science in a basic science, biological science and technology inthe modern production and life more and more extensive application, which requiresstudents to have higher scientific literacy. The biological science accomplishment refersmainly to people in understanding nature and biological applications of scientificknowledge to solve practical problems in production and life embodied in the process ofintrinsic traits, including the scientific attitude and the scientific world outlook and values,the methods of scientific inquiry and behavior, biology knowledge and skills. To improvestudents’ scientific quality of biology new curriculum is the four education the corecontent of the concept, in biological teaching consciously cultivate students scientificquality of biology is a biology educators need to explore and solve problems, but also ourlong-term objectives and core task. On high school biology scientific literacy survey thereis no mature standard, is still in the initial stage of exploration and practice. Therefore, tothe senior high school students biology scientific literacy survey and research, to betterunderstand the current situation of senior high school students’ biology scientific literacy,in line with the new curriculum the education idea, in favor of biological teaching andsmooth, can better promote the high school biology teaching reform.The one in Yanzhou, in Yanzhou, Yanzhou six, Yanzhou City Experimental HighSchool in Yanzhou City, four urban and rural high school was investigated byinvestigation, can see Yanzhou city high school students biology science literacy in the lower middle level, thus high school science literacy, not in a short period of time can becompleted, this is a long term and arduous task. So in the high school biology teaching,should be the biological science accomplishment education infiltration, need to get theschool, family, society and all-round support and cooperation. Biology teaching of seniorhigh school students’ biology science literacy in the way and the method, is to allow highschool students in the control of biological subject knowledge, understanding andknowledge of the biological processes of developing a set of scientific method, scientificthought and scientific thought, and applications, social care and love life, cultivatingstudents’ emotion, attitude and value of science of science view. Through the analysis ofthe survey results, the author thinks, we can focus on the Department of education andschool leadership in cultivating students’ scientific literacy in biological functions, familyeducation on students’ scientific quality in biology effect, improving teachers’ scientificquality of biology, widen their field of vision, the reform teaching form and student’s studyway, strengthen the interdisciplinary knowledge of the penetration and contact,contractible and urban and rural difference, sex difference, permeability regulation STSidea nine respects to develop and improve high school students’ biology science literacy.
