The teachers' evaluating behavior is teacher's verbal or nonverbal feedback and evaluation of students' answers.The effective teachers' evaluating behavior is not only profit to the comprehensive development of students,but also closely related to the professional growth of teachers.With the deepening of the new curriculum reform,the research of teachers' evaluating behavior has been paid more and more attention,but the research on the biological courses is still in its infancy.Therefore,in the context of the new curriculum,the current situation of teachers' evaluating behavior in biology classroom of senior high school,the teacher's subjective cognition of the evaluating behavior and the students' subjective feelings about biology teachers' response behavior are still to be further studied.This study took the way of classroom observation,which selected 30 classes from the 2016-2020 national high school biology high quality courses as the research sample.Use of the "high school biology teachers' evaluating behavior observation statistics table" to observe,record and analyze the teachers' evaluating behavior in the teaching video,in order to understand the current situation of teachers' evaluating behavior in high school biology high quality class.In addition,This study makes an investigation on teachers' evaluating behavior in high school biology high quality class.Three novice teachers and three expert teachers were interviewed,in order to understand the two types of teachers' understanding of evaluating behavior deeply,and analyze the similarities and differences between the two types of teachers' evaluating behavior,so as to provide reference for teachers to further improve their ability of evaluating behavior;This study also conducted a questionnaire survey on 317 students whose study in the six teachers' teaching classes,in order to understand high school students' feelings about teacher's evaluating behavior,as well as their preferences for language styles and types of response,so as to provide suggestions for high school biology teachers to improve their evaluating response level.The studies have found that there are both advantages and deficiencies in the biology teachers' evaluating behavior of high school at present.The advantages are the following,teachers' evaluating are frequently and in various ways,teachers' evaluating are actively and in multiple ways,the teacher pay attention to it and students have positive experience.The deficiencies are the following,teachers' language habits are rampant,and the quality of evaluating is not high,the language of evaluating is single,lack of emotional input,the promotion of development is not comprehensive,and the promotion effect is not obvious,teachers have great differences,and the evaluating behavior can't combine with the actual situation of students.Finally,for the existing problems in high school biology teachers' evaluating behavior,this paper puts forward some strategies for the effective application,in order to further improve the level of teachers' evaluating in biological classroom of high school: enhance the cognition and completes the preset before class of evaluating behavior;enrich the way of evaluating and carry out the practice of teachers' evaluating behavior frequently;improve the language and effect of evaluating behavior;pay attention to reflection and improve the quality of evaluating behavior.
