Education has always been the focus of attention at home and abroad,education quality is the lifeline of education,comprehensively improve the quality of basic education is to carry out the national medium and long-term plan for education reform and development,realize the basic requirements of national education will,and the education evaluation is the most direct way to detect the quality of education.PISA "Programme for International Student Assessment" is currently the International influence is bigger on a test of the International Student to study the quality of one of the research and evaluation of projects,but the current county level about the basic status and influence factors of the quality of education research is relatively small,so this paper will be based on the perspective of PISA to evaluate Fangshan County junior high school biology education quality.This paper reference for international student assessment(PISA scientific literacy assessment in the topic,and then from the screening of biological science literacy assessment questionnaire,in order to evaluate quality of Fangshan County junior high school biology education.With the National Assessment NAEP education Progress(National Assessment of Educational Progress)in the students' family background and school environment,teachers' teaching practice resources questionnaire part of the test to the participants' background information to explore the factors affecting the quality of education.Through EXLE,SPSS,WEKA and other software,the data was processed by descriptive statistics,one-way anova,k-value clustering algorithm and stepwise regression analysis,and the results were as follows:In Fangshan County junior middle school biology education quality overall level is relatively low,with an average of 10.361,which is at the third level of PISA level;In the three dimensions of ability,students' scientific explanation is the highest,and the scientific inquiry ability of design and rating is the lowest,and the scientific data and evidence ability are second.There are significant differences between urban and rural areas between urban and rural areas,and there is a significant difference between the three middle schools and the one middle,two Middle East and east Germany.There is no correlation between gender and achievement,that is,there is no difference in the study between men and women in juniorhigh school.In terms of influencing factors,family environment,teacher's teaching practice and school resources and environment have an impact on the quality of education(P < 0.05),according to the school resources and environment,the biggest influence on education quality,family environment,in turn,is teacher's teaching practice.According to the characteristics and the analysis of the influencing factors of junior middle school students,this paper will be targeted Suggestions from four aspects,the government factors,school factors,family factors and students' own factors,government factors from set up the correct and strong education concept and increase capital investment,the school factor from the management system,teaching and researching activities,four aspects to strengthen teachers' training and teachers' factors,and the teachers themselves and from their own professional knowledge,teaching methods,teaching strategy,teaching design,teaching reflection and etc was improved,the students themselves from their learning attitude and learning methods and so on adjustment to improve their academic performance.
