Study Of The Current Status Of Extracurrieular Physical Activities In The Junior High School In Canglang Suzhou

Extracurricular sports activities in school physical education is an important part ofteaching, sports training and sports supplement each other, together to achieve thepurpose of school physical education task. Extracurricular physical exercise is use afterschool time, use all sorts of practice method and in combination with natural force andhealth measures, the overall body often exercise to enhance students’ constitution andtraining exercise habits, adjust the spirit and rich extracurricular life to promote thecomprehensive development of students purpose. Extracurricular sports activities helpinterest in sports, habit of the students, help to the formation of the lifelong sportsfoundation, help students form good life habit, promoting culture study.This paper adopts literature data method, questionnaire survey, data statisticsmethod, CangLangOu junior middle school students in suzhou current situation ofex-curricular sports activities of investigation and analysis, combined with the ministryof education issued "students hour a day activity time" requirement, points out theimportance and necessity of extracurricular activities. From the survey result thatextracurricular sports activities situation is not too optimistic, some problems still exist.Based on the existing problems and the influence extracurricular sports activities todevelop main factors, the extracurricular sports activities puts forward relevantSuggestions:（1） to reform the system of examination, the students to participate inextracurricular sports activities on the situation of sports in the mid-term examassessment.（2） the local competent department to increase the supervision of theextracurricular sports activities.（3） the school leader to strengthen extracurricularsports activities attention.（4） strengthen sports funds, complete with sufficient for the school, sports equipment, meet the needs of the students’ extracurricular sports activities.（5） the school encourages all the teachers to participate in extracurricular sportsactivities, and the assessment, position and year-end from hooks.
