The Research On The Present Situation Of The High-level Sport Teams Of The University In Hebei Province

Since the period from2005to2007. during which both the Ministry of Education and Sports Administration repeatedly jointly issued a series of documents to regulate the universities’recruitment of high-level sports teams, the construction of the sports teams in the universities of Hebei Province has undertaken such great changes as the slowing down and even stalment of development. In order to help ensure the consecutive development of the high-level sports teams in the universities of Hebei Province, it is therefore necessary to conduct this research on the enrollment, the management, the training and the sports events.In the research, the above mentioned situation at present is studied with the adop of literature, survey, mathematical statistics, and logical analysis and herebye the conclusions are made. The conclusions are as the following:(1) The phenomena that lack of the clear responsibility, information flow, low efficiency, and improper measurs exist in the management of high-level sports teams.(2) There lack full-time coaches who can concentrate their attention on traings owing to the fact that the coaches of high-level teams are also sports course teachers.(3)There exists the phenomenon of brain drain in both team coaches and sportsmen for lack of incentive measures, prestige, and rigid enrollment policies.(4) There exists the low efficiency and lack of effecitve in the training because of the inadequate logistical work in high-level sports teams, the lack of high-level sports events, and the lack of equipment and facilities.(5) There exists the conflict between the sports training and the academic program owing to the unfavorable employments and low efficiency of management.(6) The lack of funding limits the normal undertaking of high-level sports teams.(7) The lack of high level universities which have enrollment quality and exceeding limits also exist.(8) Lack of high-level sports events affects the trainings and their quality.(9) Outdated facilities prevent the sports games from improving.The following suggestions are consequently made to ensure the future developments healthy, sustainable and rapid:(1) The clearer purpose and direction of developments shall be set for the purpose of directing the universites to build up the exchanges and cooperation platform for high level sports teams and to strengthen the supervision of high-level sports teams. (2) The high-level leadership shall be set up to guarantee the jointly participation of a special high-level sports team management which is scientific and effective.(3) The cooperation between the universities and enterpries shall be undertaken to guarantee the financial support.(4) A series of multi-level tournament shall be guaranteed through the construction of sports association of university students and the training of coaches.
