Research On The Development Of High-level Basketball Teams In Colleges And Universities In Jiangsu Province Under The Background Of Sports And Education Integration

In recent years,the State Administration of sports and the Ministry of education have successively issued the "opinions on deepening the integration of sports and education to promote the healthy development of teenagers" and "opinions on Further Strengthening the construction and management of high-level sports teams in Colleges and universities".The document emphasizes the construction,management and development direction of high-level sports teams in Colleges and universities.At the same time,Jiangsu Provincial Department of education and the Bureau of sports have made an in-depth interpretation of relevant policies.The high-level basketball team is one of the main sports of the high-level sports teams in Colleges and universities in Jiangsu Province.The physical health of teenagers and the cultivation of basketball reserve talents have always been concerned in Jiangsu Province,but the research on their development under the background of the integration of sports and education is still relatively lacking.It is of great significance to study the development of high-level basketball teams in Colleges and universities in Jiangsu Province.Using the methods of literature,interview,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,this paper takes the high-level basketball teams in Colleges and universities in Jiangsu Province as the survey object,and uses five research methods to sort out and summarize the development of 12high-level basketball teams in 9 colleges and universities.According to the requirements of Jiangsu Province’s sports and education integration policy and the construction and management policy of high-level sports teams,This paper analyzes the current situation of the development of high-level basketball teams in Colleges and universities in Jiangsu Province under the background of the integration of sports and education,summarizes the bottlenecks in their development at this stage,and gives suggestions.The study believes that:Under the background of the integration of sports and education,the development status of high-level basketball teams in Colleges and universities in Jiangsu Province:（1）colleges and universities in Jiangsu Province have increased the enrollment of high-level basketball teams,and the regional distribution of colleges and universities is uneven;（2）The high-level basketball teams in Colleges and universities in Jiangsu Province are generally lack of training funds,and the guarantee of training venues is basically sufficient;（3）The contradiction between learning and training of high-level basketball players still exists;（4）The competition results of high-level basketball teams in Colleges and universities in Jiangsu Province are generally similar to the scientific research ability of coaches;（5）The barriers of basketball competitions at all levels have not been broken;（6）There are difficulties in the employment of high-level basketball players.Suggestions are put forward for the development of high-level basketball teams in Colleges and universities in Jiangsu Province under the background of the integration of sports and education:（1）expand the scale of high-level basketball teams and promote the balanced development of all regions;（2）The high-level basketball teams in Colleges and universities use the "three wheel drive" to build a high-level basketball team model to promote the integration of resources;（3）Reasonably arrange the time of basketball players’ learning and training,adopt separate class teaching of high-level basketball teams,appropriately extend the school system,and promote the integration of learning and training;（4）Improve the depth,scientific research level and team leadership ability of coaches,and promote the integration of teachers;（5）It is suggested that the barriers of the three levels of College Basketball League should be broken to promote the integration of competitions;（6）Excellent high-level basketball players stay in school to teach after graduation.A large number of high-level basketball players from universities,middle schools and primary schools have been introduced as coaches to alleviate the employment dilemma.
