Physique is health status of the human body and ability to adapt to the outer world. In higher-Technical colleges, they do not guide the students to improve their physique:in addition, most of PE teachers do not know what physique is. In order for People’s Republic of China understand the meaning of the human physique, and a better understanding of the Constitution of the people’s awareness of the importance and change our present ideology. So, I gave the southwest higher-Technical college students a physical detection by using the methods of physique test、documentation method, survey method and statistical data. Through the research of their physique status and influence factors, I have found out:in the matter of the physique status, most students are just on the passing grade, only a few are good, passing rate of82.78%, good rate of35.16%, excellent rate of9.89%. So, in General, the physical condition of college students in higher vocational colleges in southwest of Shandong province is also good, overall failure, good rates, excellent rates are relatively high. So, basically Southwest most of the physical health of college students in higher vocational colleges are good. However, the physical condition of college students in higher vocational colleges in southwest of Shandong failure rates are at17.22%, it just goes to show, modern is part of young people’s physical health is not good. Many are under the passing grade, even very bad. Some students are lean, obese or overweight; alternatively, their flexibility, agility, strength, speed, capacity and resting heart-rate are not good. So, how to change their poor physical conditions? I think we should take the following three approaches of investigation to change their bad physical conditions, so that the students can take good ways to do physical exercises to improve their physical health and fitness level.First. The reasons of the decline of the southwest Higher-technical students’physique conditions.1.Social reasons. In modern society, due to our rapid economic development, since1997, national college graduates do not execute distribution; each university has enrolled students a great deal. They focus on the enrollment of the students rather than on their learning and physical exercises. As a result, their physiques are affected. 2.The school reasons.Through my understanding and more than10years of observation, I have found out that most universities and colleges attach importance to the study of cultural knowledge, rather than physical exercises. In addition, some universities and colleges take up the time of PE classes in order to hold some activities and have some curriculums that are thought important, as a result of that, students have lost the opportunities of physical training and health.3.Family reasons. From their childhood, they have been excessively spoiled. In order that the children become talented early, parents only concentrate on children’s study; they pay no attention to their physique and all-round physical development. D o not require them to strengthen their physical exercises, so children have gradually formed gluttonous, playful unhealthy habits. They have lost the good opportunities of participating in physical exercises and improving healthy physique level.4.Students’own reasons. Their purpose of going to universities is to get a diploma so as to find a job in the future. Most of their time is used to eat, drink, play and make merry, they do not care for physical exercises, therefore, their physical health level declines, which cause serious consequence for their families, society and themselves. Owing to many reasons, especially to their understanding of physical exercises, they do not realize the importance of physical exercises, so they rarely take part in them. Especially the students from cities, due to their good living conditions, do not attach importance to physical exercises all the more.Second. The influences of scientific principles of exercises to physique.Through the physiology principles of exercises and physical health theory, we have found, sports exercises have great influence on the six physiological systems of the body. And, in the physical exercises, college students must pay attention to the environment of exercises and intensity control of exercises, only through this way, the purpose of physical exercises can be gained.Third. The physical exercises and the basic principles of the scientific methods. In sports training, in order to obtain the ends of physical exercises, students must adhere to the basic principles and the scientific methods. The basic principles include:General principle, Systemic continuous principle, Periodic principle, Gradual principle, Overall-development principle, Differential treatment principle and Safety-first principle, scientific methods are: Continuous training, Repetitive training, Transform training and Competition training.Anyway, by this on Lu Southwest high vocational college students Constitution status and effect factors of research, while makes a Department students understanding has human Constitution and health of different of Department, know has human Constitution of full meaning; on the and makes part students know has how to improve themselves of Constitution, how to keep themselves of good Constitution, makes they understanding has take what measures, and what principles to improve improve themselves of Constitution status. At the same time, our sports teacher made up his mind, for the necessary preparation of teaching in the future, what must guide and educate students, how can change their physical health through exercise, in order to maintain a good quality of health.
