Affected by many factors such as school behavior,social prejudice,and self-cognition,the problem of school weariness of vocational students is more common.In response to this problem,many domestic scholars have done comprehensive research on finding personal,family,and social reasons for vocational students who are tired of studying.But schools are the main battlefield for student learning,so relevant research on vocational schools should be carried out firstly.Therefore,from the perspective of the school,this article explores the reasons for the students’ weariness in the vocational schools,and aims to create a good learning environment for students through self-denial and reform of vocational schools,help the vocational students get rid of the weariness problem.The research object of this article is the students in various vocational colleges in Chongqing mainly.Due to the internship effect of juniors,the objects are freshmen and sophomores mainly.The research used the literature analysis method,questionnaire survey method and interview method.The literature analysis method enables the author to have a general understanding of the study-weariness problem and lays the foundation for the compilation of the questionnaire.The questionnaire survey method and interview method help the author to clarify that the reasons for the impact of student learning in higher vocational colleges are mainly concentrated on five aspects: curriculum,teaching,school humanistic care,campus culture construction,and school daily management.In terms of the degree of school weariness,according to the severity of students’ school weariness,this study classifies the problem of school weariness from light to severe into three types: weariness,controlled weariness behavior,and weariness disease.The survey results on the degree of school weariness indicate that.On the other hand,overall,the degree of student weariness is different to the level of school development.The problem of student weariness in ordinary vocational colleges is more prominent than that of the national model vocational colleges and Chongqing model vocational colleges.Studies have found that students think that the reasons for their tiredness are more courses design,Course is difficult,less practical lessons and so on.The main reasons for classroom teaching include a single form of teaching organization,a single teaching method,and tedious classrooms and so on.In school humanistic care,lacking of guidance on employment,interpersonal relationships,etc.The main reasons for the construction of campus culture include insufficient self-study conditions and poor learning atmosphere;The main reasons for the daily management of the school are the lack of strict attendance and unreasonable schedules.According to the research findings,this article proposes targeted countermeasures,such as in terms of courses design,integrating courses to appropriately reduce the number of courses,adjust the content difficulty,and increase the proportion of professional practice courses;In classroom teaching,enrich teaching organizational forms and teaching methods,and strengthen the interaction between teachers and students and the improvement of teachers’ teaching charm;In school humanistic care,The Career Guidance Center and Mental Health Guidance Center take the initiative to implement the work;In the construction of campus culture,improve the school’s learning conditions and create a good learning atmosphere;In the management,strengthen the management of teaching discipline and adjust the work and rest time.
