Research purposes: College students as the backbone of the national construction, theirdevelopment has been widespread concern by the social from all walks of life, thephysical quality of college students has become very noteworthy subject educationdepartment. From the aspects of investigation and research results in recent years, thenon-sports professional education in common colleges and universities of physicaleducation.Research significance: The more comprehensive understanding, and has made theinvestigation and analysis of some colleges and universities, from the gymnastics teachingof non-sports professional education in colleges and universities, according to the situationof universities in our province non-professional sports gymnastics class and students’gymnastics degree has carried on the investigation and analysis, use education resourcesof university facilities, through innovation of teaching ideas and methods, lays thefoundation for the vigorous development of gymnastics course in colleges and universities.The article USES the literature material method, expert interview method, questionnairesurvey and mathematical statistics and other research methods, to find the various factorsaffecting the non-sports professional gymnastics class education, and draw the followingconclusion:1, Teacher not harmonious proportion of age, lack of young teachers, fewer womenteachers, gymnastics teachers education needs further improvement.2, The ordinarycolleges and universities in Shandong province gymnastics equipment facilities is notperfect, lack of modern advanced teaching equipment, coupled with leadership ofgymnastics ’s importance is not enough, lead to inadequate investment of gymnasticfacilities.3, Students of non-sports professional education in common colleges anduniversities in Shandong province of gymnastics class learning enthusiasm is not enough,the overall understanding of gymnastics is not comprehensive enough.4Teaching contentsystem, evaluation methods also have been using the traditional evaluation method,gymnastics class the number of hours is not enough.5, Will be integrated into the "class"element in gymnastics class, can ease the current single teaching mode, and students canalso expand own aspect of knowledge, enhanced physique, to better achieve the teachingeffect of gymnastics class.6, To change the gymnastics teaching basic project as a startingpoint, realize the non-sports professional introduction in gymnastics class education"class" element, the purpose of regulating the relationship between the teaching contentand students’ learning, will be in the form of into emerging sports bring in gymnasticsclass.On the above conclusion put forward the following Suggestions:1, In the aspect of gymnastics teaching can bold introduce ability of young teachers,strengthen the communication between teachers, learning ability, training teachers to makegymnastics teachers more comprehensive.2, The phenomenon of "class", we shouldrecognize the pros and cons, take the essence to the dregs, to the development of visionand innovative approach to tide class phenomenon, will be a part of the emerging sportsproject for gymnastics into the content of gymnastics class, in gymnastics class innon-sports professional education development and comprehensive progress.3, This study only on tide into traditional courses of this new teaching concept has carried on thequestionnaire survey and expert interview, the preliminary analysis, if can in the futureresearch, in-depth experimental observation, the conclusions may be more persuasive. Inaddition, this study is from the sports training, the social sports specialty, nationaltraditional sports, if you can in the future study, go deep into the sports educationprofessional or is to, among other non-professional sports so that you can grasp thedevelopment of gymnastics as a whole.
