The PE examination result of junior high school for Senior high school has beencomprised in total result for seventeen years in Handan City Hebei Province. It has made avery positive contribution to advancing the all-round qualified education, strengthening thePE teaching in school and improving the students’ physical fitness. However,as time goes by,facing with the pressure from both school and society, most schools and students fall into avicious circle of exam-oriented education. Each school makes methods of their own for betterachievements, and as a result,this causes students lose their interests in PE. The PE teachersshould retrieve the students’ interests and increase the physical strength of students byarranging the lessons properly. It is an imperative task to make PE entrance exam, PEteaching and students develop harmoniously, it is not only a challenge, but also anopportunity.This essay sampled the students from No.3, No.28, No.31Middle schoole of Handan, theAttached Middle School to the Hebei University of Engineering and No.3Middle School ofHandan country. A scientific survey has been done for three years involving the appointedcontents and students of Grade One from several different physical strength as well as variouscultural backgrounds.This essay did some research according to the students’ bodydevelopment, variety of physical fitness, knowledge of PE and etc.Documentary methods,questionnaire survey, data statistics, analytical approach are used to find out the effects causedby the changing methods in teaching in the current testing system,we also try to come upwith the problems and provide some suggestions and ideas for perfecting and improving thePE education further.From above, we may safely come to the conclusion that the systems of PhysicalEducation for the entrance of Senior Middle school in Handan city entirely qualifies thequalified education for the students. It is the main target in Junior school for the PE teachersto complete and has contributed much to the healthy building of the students physically andmentally. It has also aroused and activated the teachers’ interests and potentiality in workingand greatly improved their positions in school and society.It is based on my research that to catch up with the current development in teaching and educating, we should do some change from the point of traditional teaching method inphysical training to meet and satisfy the demand of the students, put the students priority inPhysical Education, and pay actively attention to the students’ affections and experiences. It isour goal to lay a good foundation and feelings for the students to have better a relationshipwith PE in the future or even all their lives. |
