With the rapid development of China's economy,the lifestyle of children and adolescents has changed.The lack of physical exercise has led to the decline of physical health of children and adolescents.How to improve the physical health of adolescents has become the focus of social attention.Junior high school physical education and health examination(hereinafter referred to as " PE examination")as an important measure to promote the healthy development of students' physique,the role of its baton will affect the school physical education.Using the methods of literature review,expert interview,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and comparative analysis,this thesis analyzes the various influences of the PE examination reform in Huaibei on the PE teaching of junior middle school,analyzes the functions and shortcomings of the PE examination system,summarizes the development of school physical education,and puts forward corresponding suggestions,so as to provide reference for the reform of PE examination in Huaibei in the future,to provide a reference for the development of science and technology work.This thesis mainly draws the following conclusions:(1)After the PE examination reform of Huaibei,the selection of examination items increased,and the full coverage of electronic referee makes the examination environment more sunny and transparent.(2)After the PE examination reform of Huaibei,junior middle school PE teachers have higher work enthusiasm,but the work pressure is greater and comes from multiple levels.The status of PE teachers and PE curriculum has always been attached great importance.(3)After the PE examination reform of Huaibei,the time for students to participate in physical exercise increases,and the enthusiasm of boys to participate in extracurricular physical exercise is higher than that of girls.The pressure of PE learning of female students is slightly higher than that of male students.The pressure of PE learning of students mainly comes from school requirements and examination pressure.The promoting effect of PE examination on students' physical quality is mainly reflected in the changes of strength,endurance and speed.There are more girls who think that there is no change in physical fitness and football skills.(4)After the PE examination reform of Huaibei,teachers and students have different understanding of PE teaching objectives.The teaching objectives set by PE teachers focus on improving the scores of PE examination,and are specific and operable;students think that the teaching objectives of PE curriculum are mainly to enhance physical fitness,and boys achieve the teaching objectives better.(5)After the PE examination reform of Huaibei,teachers and students have different understanding of the teaching content.The teaching content set by PE teachers tends to be the content of PE examination,while the students are interested in the expected teaching content.PE teachers will teach sports health care and hygiene knowledge,but most students do not understand it.(6)After the PE examination reform of Huaibei,teachers and students have different understanding of PE teaching methods.PE teachers will consider the characteristics of teaching content and the actual situation of students when choosing teaching methods.The commonly used teaching methods are action demonstration method,competition method and repeated practice method.In addition to the game method and action demonstration method that students prefer,boys prefer competition method and girls prefer situational teaching method.(7)After the PE examination reform of Huaibei,teachers and students are very satisfied with the school sports facilities.PE teachers actively participate in the classroom teaching,the atmosphere of PE classroom is harmonious,students are active;boys into the PE classroom teaching effect is better.(8)After the PE examination reform of Huaibei,teachers and students have different understanding of the basis for the evaluation of PE teaching effect.The main basis of PE teachers' evaluation of teaching effect is the scores of PE examination;It is hoped that there will be a larger number of students whose evaluation is based on the physical performance of the PE examination,the performance of daily PE classes,and the motivation for PE.(9)The support of teachers and students to the PE examination system is different.PE teachers highly affirm the rationality of the current PE examination system,and strongly suggest that the process evaluation should be included in the PE examination,while students' support for these two aspects is lower than that of teachers.
