Nowadays, National studies boom throughout our country. Under such circumstance, we can’thelp focusing on Chinese traditional classical cultures, and among them, we have to mention LaoTzu and his no action thought. This easy focuses on studying the revelation that political point ofviews of “non action” on ideological and political education of vocational students. The vocationalstudents in this stage, varying from the senior school students of the same age, will learn theprofessional knowledge and put it into practice after graduating from vocational schools, whichreminds us that the ideological and political education of vocational students should differ fromthat of senior school students. Facing the China’s economic transformation: market economysystem is now replacing planned economy system stepwise, vocational students’ thoughts, such as,the business competition, interests above everything else and so on, have been changing with thecharacters of market economy, Firstly, the weak sense of politics, lacking of ideals and beliefs.Some students have no ideas about the basic principles and politics of the party in China, DengXiaoping theory, so they can not take an objective look on some problems of our society.Secondly, inscience of laws and discipline. Some students is reckless, impetuously to handle theproblem, then that cause the irreparable damage, also made a difference in their life. Thirdly, thewrong value of life. The power and income level has become a sign of evaluating a person, they donot know what the real value of life is and have no social responsibility. Fourthly, lacking of themoral standards.They have no a right standard of judgment to understanding of good and evil,beauty and ugliness,that make some students be immoral behavior, without patriotism andcollectivism. Fifthly, too much monotonous life does not makes them developed their own uniquequality of life and fun. And that only push themselves to the Internet café to spend their idle time.which influences them a lot and causes many problems: excessive self, psychological inversionand utility consciousness and right consciousness. How to solve these problems? The solutions isLao Tzu and his no action thought (Governing by Doing Nothing That Goes against Nature", animportant idea of ruling from Tao Te Ching, is the best way of administration held by Lao Tzu),among which the revelation will help the vocational students get into good habit. In the21st century, everyone knows the global integration, and many facts in globalization have proved thatnonaction thought has played an important role in. Especially, Japanese applied Lao Tzu’s thoughtto their economic development and it functions well. Now, we are studying Lao Tzu and his noaction thought, which not only can let us renew its classic charm, but lead us to the practice of theideological and political education of vocational students and keep them advancing with the times.Although it is essential for vocational students to pursuit the practicality of technical ability, it isstill a basic principle to practice in the teaching of ideological and political theory for collegestudents.Marxist world outlook and methodology is the guiding ideology of my essay. To beginwith my article, I analyze the definition, regularity, effect and significance of the ideologicaland political education for the secondary students at first. And the regularity is emphasized inmy article, which is studied in the new research way and discussed using the achievementsfrom the research regularity of modern social science and modern natural science. Second, Iconsider what is the Noninterference thought proposed by Lao-tzu. A thorough understandingof the nature of the generation of the thought is needed, and the whole system of the thoughtis summarized. In order to make a further analysis of the education enlightment of the thoughton secondary students. Finally, the most important part of the paper, a comprehensiveresearch on the enlightment of Lao-tzu Noninterference on secondary students, with theattitude of the critical inheritance and the positive forms which foreigners take form theNoninterference. In the study of the subject, I adhere to the method of linking theory withpractice, not only attach importance to the practice of theoretical research, but also attachimportance to the maneuverability of theoretical research, and strive to make contributions tobuilding modern and suitable Ideological and political education system for the modernsecondary vocational school students, eventually make secondary vocational school students’Ideological and political education more regular, more scientific, more systematic, and morepractical.Today our schools pay more attention to students’ skills, but ignore the political andideological education; the study of the traditional classic influence on the modern secondaryvocational students`ideological and political education is insufficient. We should try to liberate the thought, and combined the ancient with the modern, study form the ancient, andgrasp the present. Through the ideological and political education, let the students find theirown position in today’s materialistic age, clear their own roles, set their own outlook on lifeand values, make great achievements with the Noninterference thought.
