The Research On Composition And Structure Optimization Of Sports Industry In Hengshui City

Our country’s sports industry started relatively late, but at present it has formed a certainscale, and its structure is also in the continuous optimization of the process. As people’s livingstandard rising, the sports market is becoming more complete. The core market---fitnessleisure and organization activities are gradually occupy an important position. At the sametime the peripheral market as clothing, shoes and hats market has close relationship with thecore market. The state council designates August8as the national fitness day. On June18,2008, the national bureau of statistics and national sports administration formally promulgatedthe "physical education and related industrial classification (for trial implementation)".OnMarch19,2010by the general office of the state council issued "on speeding up thedevelopment of the sports industry instruction opinion". On January27,2011by the stategeneral administration published the "sports industry in Hebei province "1025" developmentplanning ", and other related laws and regulations which provide legal protection to ourcountry’s sports industry.In2008, the Chinese sports science society sports industry branch (depends on theShanghai sports institute)as the main part, the Shanghai sports institute, China sports scienceresearch institute, Beijing sports university joint completed the state general administration ofthe project "the Chinese sports and related industry statistical research", established thestatistical index system of sports industry. It is divided into eight categories,24middle class,and57small classes that provide a unified index reference for our country.In this paper the sports industry in Hengshui as the research object, using the methodsuch as: documentary, questionnaire and mathematical statistics, logic analysis and manykinds of research methods. The results show that the sports industry in Hengshui city instructure, economic level, fitness entertainment industry development speed and scale, sportscompetition performance industry development speed and scale, sports facilities industrydevelopment speed and opening up business degree, sports while lottery sales soardevelopment speed and varieties scale kinds, Hengshui lake to carry out sports tourism pattern,sports management talents and economic developed areas still exist the very big disparity.This paper from the point of sustainable development to research the advantages and theexisting problem of the sports industry in Hengshui city, it proposed reasonablecountermeasure which apply to the sports industry and optimize the structure of the sportsindustry in Hengshui. It provides the theory basis for Hengshui harmonious development andgives the reference to the administrative department.
