| For the past few years,the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure has become a major driving force that lead the “new normal” for China's economy at the present stage.Industrial restructuring,focusing on the supply-side structural reform,has already brought significant success to many industry.The sports industry is facing its unprecedented opportunity.As with the situation of overall development of China's sports industry,although Chengdu has made a great leap-forward in its sports industry development in recent years,the unsound structure constrains a further and sustainable development to a large extent.Based on this background,this paper discusses the restructuring and upgrading of sports industry structure,illustrating with a specific example of Chengdu cityIt is well known that theory is of great importance in guiding practice.However,hardly no research,focusing on Chengdu's sports industry structure,can be reviewed,this may do harm to the practice of Chengdu's sports industry structure.This paper is obliged to fill the research gap as well as provide some suggestions for the optimization and upgrading of Chengdu's sports industry structure,thus,it can extend its role in facilitating social and economic development of Chengdu and enable more people to enjoy the pleasure and gratification of sport activity and sport service.The paper,taking Chengdu's sports industry structure as main research object,employed several methods including literature review,data analysis and case study,among which the data analysis seem predominate.The method was mainly used in Chapter Four with a large number of data and multiple charts to analyze the sports industry structure of Chengdu through a combined way of quantitative and qualitative analysis,so there can be a more direct display of the status quo of it.This paper can be divided into three parts according to the content,the first part consists of Chapter One,Two and Three,playing a role of paving the way for the content below and introducing some concepts beforehand.To be specific,Chapter One starts with some background information,including the subjective,significance,content,method and innovation of this research.In the second chapter,literatures about sports industry structure at home and abroad were reviewed and some basic theories were expounded.The third chapter introduced some of the best sports industry in the world and extract some valuable experience that can be learnt from.The second and third part are respectively composed of Chapter Four and Chapter Five,which are the main body as well as the most practical part of this paper.The fourth chapter dissects Chengdu's sports industry structure from two aspects,the basic one and the market one,reveals the current situation,problems and characteristics of it and comes to some conclusion,including that the scale of Chengdu's sports industry is growing fast and the structure of it is improving as well;the investment environment is getting better and demand for sport service is increasing;the industry's core layer and the peripheral layer live in harmony and prosper together;the sports goods market lacks competence and the internal structure is severely imbalanced.The fifth chapter leads out the restructuring and upgrading strategies of Chengdu's sports industry structure on the base of the previous text.There are seven strategies illustrated from 4 aspects---structure optimization,market optimization,policy optimization and talents optimization,including to further develop the basis and activating service industry,enhance the national fitness and boost consumption for leisure sports industry,foster industry cluster,improve tax policy and to train qualified personnel of sports industry. |
