In the current basic education reform practice, along with the new curriculumreform in rural high school gradually promote the implementation of research study,although obtained certain result, but on the whole still nots allow hopeful, a lot ofschools and teachers are enthusiastic, but theoretical knowledge and guiding experiencedeprivation, lack of the concept of the new curriculum in the practical application ofatmosphere, so it is hard to avoid mistakes in practice, there are many aspects of theproblem. Main show is in the following respects: the understanding on researchcurriculum understanding is superficial, resulting in operational process specificationsof difference; due to the guiding teacher’s professional quality is not high, resulting inan overall participation enthusiasm is weaker; school curriculum managementmechanism and the system is not perfect; research courses required for theimplementation of hardware is absent; research learning in the practice of school-basedcurriculum resources development is not science; research learning curriculumevaluation system is not complete.In view of the present rural high school in implementing inquiry learning in theinadequacy of existence, the author using methods of system theory to Dalian, Jinzhounew middle school as the research object, using the questionnaire survey method,interview method, literature study, demonstration data analysis method, with thematerialistic dialectic perspective, to rural high school research study implementationthe analysis and research, in order to provide the scientific and effective learningactivities carried out to provide reference suggestions. Attempts to put forward inaccordance with the domain of intelligence on the learning strategy and promotingmeasures:①Positive change education concept and education mode, integrated force to formlong-term system support;②A sound curriculum evaluation and incentive mechanism, improve the study ofscience, system management system;③Closely combining teaching practice with the training and study of two factors, totrain high-quality teachers;④Reasonable development and utilization of curriculum resources in rural highschool characteristics suit one’s measures to local conditions, development ofcharacteristic curriculum;⑤Construction can promote the students’ ability and quality improve, all-rounddevelopment of the research study curriculum system.
