After the reform and opening-up policy, various change happened in politics,economy, culture and many other respects as well as in personal value. The agecharacteristic of teenage students and their psychological factor contribute to theirrelative uncertainty in their personal value. Under multicultural impact, students beganto departure the socialism. The conflicts of moral and utility, group and individual,ranking and equality, which were produced in the multi-development of ideologicaltrend and personal value, appear and affect the students more or less. As a result, it isgetting harder and harder for teachers to keep themselves uncontained. These all sorts ofmulti-developments bring students a multi-bar for everything, especially for evaluationfor A students. Because of their different angles and positions, teachers and studentsoften make different choices.In this paper, we take Dalian Computer School for example to analyze thisdifferentia. The phenomena, degree, factors, causes and treating polices has beenconcluded by the manners of questionnaires, interviews and researching the looking upthe literature. Based on Multiple Intelligences, Forming evaluation theory, socialcomparison theory, social cognitive bias and role conflict, etc, we conducted andanalyzed the causes that why students and teacher hold different bars on Straigt Astudent, which is concluded from five aspects, which are defective evaluation system,narrow-minded evaluation theory, imperfect standard, uneven contestants and radicalsocial atmosphere.The differentia could be tried to avoid and expand in the ways tooptimize the selecting system, bringing in new evaluation, making up flawless andreasonable standards, enhancing the quality of candidates, getting rid of socialinterference and purifying the selecting environment.Students and teachers only couldget an unanimous agreement through a thoroughly fair, just and reasonable evaluatingprocess.
