College Campus Culture is the sponsoring university in the long process of evolving, was recognized by all the teachers and students, value the ideal of an integrated concept. Campus construction as the work of the college management an important part of a planned, purposeful activities in shaping the campus culture and processes, the subject is group norms, the ideal target value concept and system. Campus culture reflects the core values of the university, the school soul and precious wealth, but also to promote the sustained development of the spirit of the university power. Higher Colleges of its newly built campus culture in the school management which has great cohesion and solidarity, on the future development of schools and so on brand building and played a crucial role. Give the school a good school culture to the outside world provide a window to display a better image, but also to provide good students in school learning and living environment, create a whole atmosphere.In the course of this paper is to Liaoning Geological Institute for the case,this paper contains four parts:Part one, Preface.It generalizes the origin,objective,significance,method and process of research and combs out the related reasearches of the new vocational college’s campus culture construction.Part two,Statement of vocational college’s compus culture construction theory.It contains compus culture, vocational college’s campus culture and related theory of vocational college’s campus culture construction.Part three, The statistics and analysis of investigation results, Using the questionnaire made by myself, the study surveys the students and teachers of Liaoning Geological Institute.Through the analysis of investigation results,It reveals some problems of the new vocational college’s campas culture construction at present, and dissects the reasons deeply from four respects that provides basis for strategy.Part four, Implemental strategy,Based on analysis results,this study poses the guiding ideas and implemental strategy of the new vocational college’s campus culture construction from four respects.
