| This study was to explore the quality of the rope ladder training of junior high school basketball player sensitive promotion effect,sensitive observation rope ladder training and regular quality training of high school basketball player in responsive,ability to change direction,balance ability and promotions on foot speed effect,the difference between the development of training for the rope ladder perfect help.By using the methods of literature review,expert interview,experiment and mathematical statistics,this study takes the effect of rope ladder training on junior middle school amateur basketball players as the research object.Through the experimental study of 48 amateur basketball players in Nanjing Huayuan middle school,it is found that: 1.Before and after the experiment,the p value of one minute rope skipping and hexagon sensitivity test of the experimental group is less than 0.05,while the p value of the control group is greater than 0.05,which shows that the rope ladder training has a significant effect on improving students’ sensitivity.2.In the aspect of changing direction ability,the p value of the experimental group’s lateral cross step and t-test test scores before and after the experiment is 0.01,while the p value of the control group is greater than 0.05,which indicates that the rope ladder training has an obvious effect on improving students’ ability of changing direction,but the fluctuation of the experimental group’s scores is higher than that of the control group,which is unstable.3.Before and after the experiment,the experimental group’s y-balance,dribble around the pole performance and Illinois sensitive running test results p value is less than 0.05,while the control group’s p value is greater than 0.05,indicating that rope ladder training has obvious effect on improving students’ balance ability and foot speed.It is suggested that rope ladder training should be integrated into basketball training to improve the form and content of training,increase the interest of agility training and improve the initiative of junior middle school amateur basketball players.Strengthen the construction of teaching staff,pay attention to the reserve of professional knowledge and the improvement of coaching ability of coaches,so as to provide a good environment for the improvement of junior high school amateur basketball players’ agility and quality;Appropriately learning from foreign successful cases,and according to the actual situation of middle school students in China to improve the rope ladder training on junior high school amateur basketball players agility and quality of the effect. |
